ok. i'm allergic to this deodorant or some shit cos i keep sneezing. i'm slightly stressed about exams and i don't want to go home.

i think it depends. if there's something particularly odd about their appearance, i tend to point it out and demand an explanation, otherwise i just notice how they talk and what their mannerisms are.

alright, i'm very happy, but i'm worried about talking to my parents, exams, money and the stress of moving.

i can't do this justice briefly. alcohol flush reaction due to a missense polymorphism in the coding for acetaldehyde dehydrogenase which helps in the breakdown of alcohol, common in about half of asian people. that, coupled with an impaired sense of what is appropriate, what i will regret in the morning, or in years to come, an inability to keep track of my posessions. things i have lost whilst drunk: countless jackets and cardigans, money, my glasses, my silver sequined converse shoe, my phone, my camera, my sense of balance, the contents of my stomach, consciousness, my virginity. perhaps i should drink less, in light of the consequences. or just more slowly, i.e. not try to keep up with the boys and stick to bottles instead of pints?
16. What's your worst personality flaw?
i think i'm incredibly lazy. i interrupt people with something completely irrelevant just cos it's in my head and it has to come out, and i don't realise that it's rude until afterwards, when i have to be told. i'm not very good at facing up to my problems, and i tend to bury my head in the sand and procrastinate. by doing surveys and sporcle and tetris.

no.
18. Could you live without a computer?
i did for a bit when my computer broke. it did me good, but i didn't enjoy it.
19. If you could live in any past time period, when would it be?
i can't decide. i would quite like to have the paraphenalia of a victorian gentleman. everyone knows how much i love the 60s, but i'd also like to live in new york in the 70s and go to cbgbs and ting... or live in manchester in the 80s. i like the idea of wild, hedonistic parties, but i think i am most happy living now in 2009 in sheffield. it's lovely.

usually. i can tell if i don't, because my eyes get dry. i think i need to drink more water than other people though, cos my friends never seem to drink water. i hope i don't have diabetes. medics are all hypochondriacs.

we don't wear shoes at home, but i do at uni sometimes.

mangos and lychees and kiwis and raspberries and strawberries. but usually i just buy apples cos they are cheapest.

| Sometimes I feel such incredible lethargy, even when I've had adequate sleep. I feel like I want to stay in bed for ever and ever, and I do, for days even. Sometimes I really want to go to the toilet down the corridor, but not as much as I want to stay motionless, warm, and swathed in my duvet, bathing in the spring sunlight coming through the open window.
I've decided that I'm fed up with being ill all the time. It's just not right, having a persistent cough that lasts for months and months. A 500mL bottle of cough syrup lasted me about three days. I used to get about two colds a year and I've had about five colds and two bouts of flu since I came to uni. Shit, I've just dropped a flapjack crumb into my keyboard, and it's making it really hard to press the letter 'e'. I don't even like flapjacks, particularly not since I ate a skunk flapjack at Glastonbury last year, but my flatmate gave them to me for posting her letter. They taste like honey on cardboard. I'm going to eat them anyway, because waste is bad. When they put lemon slices in drinks, I eat the lemon. I've started eating apple cores and the seeds because I think they taste like almond and marzipan.
So here is my plan for recovery: drink less, go to sleep before 2am, eat some fruit. My dad always tells me to take more Vitamin C, but I only eat those when I've run out of chocolate and crisps, and they're the nearest thing to sweets that I have. Sometimes I eat about ten of them.
Strawberry Pop Tarts count as fruit, right?
I did buy a bag of grapes from Tesco's yesterday but I ate them all in the botanical gardens.
Sometimes I feel like the Christians in my flat are judging me for everything.
This year was the year I was supposed to sort my life out. All I do is stalk people on facebook, and sleep, eat and go out. My flatmates have told me that I'm not allowed to buy any clothes, shoes or accessories until easter because I have something similar to a retail problem.
Right, I will have a nap. Then do work. Maybe. I'm not going to the pub. I find it really hard to resist when people ask me if I'm going. I just get distracted and watch the 1961 Parent Trap or cantopop vids on youtube, or the latest Skins episode.
I need to stop thinking about boys all my life.
